Have you tried the Community Fitness Trail yet? Walk, jog or run round – it’s 400 metres but you must go round the outside of the three posts.  There’s a solar powered stop watch to spur you on, a mini assault course to encourage the children and adult equipment for the real fitness fanatics!  So if you are hoping to build up your stamina after an operation, training for a marathon or just after some fun with the children – head down to the Parish Field.
