Below is a document providing information on how to report highways issues on the CE Highways network. These can include potholes, damaged road signs, or overgrown vegetation. Reporting these problems through our official channels is crucial for ensuring the safety of road users.
The document includes official channels for reporting defects such as the emergency number in hours and out of hours for urgent issues, and FixMyStreet for non-emergency reports. It also includes links to Highway’s webpages for more information on their service and the works they deliver.
The annual customer satisfaction survey is now open until 30 September 2024 and is being delivered independently by APSE on behalf of Cheshire East Highways. The survey will be open to anyone over the age of 16 who lives or travels within Cheshire East. The survey will collect opinions and satisfaction with the Highway Service in our area. This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. You can complete it online: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/cheshireeasthighwayscss or pick up a paper copy from your local Cheshire East Library, Delamere House or Macclesfield Town Hall Customer Centres.
